§ 95.31 COMMISSION'S ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Town Center Park Commission shall elect a Chairperson from its membership. The Commission may adopt such rules and regulations to govern its operation as it considers necessary to effectuate its purposes.
   (B)   A majority of all members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for conducting the Commission's business.
