§ 95.07 DEVELOPMENT OF A PORTION OF THE TOWN GREEN DISTRICT FOR PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL FACILITY PURPOSES.

Nothing in §§ 95.01 through 95.05 inclusive shall be construed as preventing the town from developing for public educational facility purposes and access thereto the remaining 20% of the town green district that is not designated for open space use. No construction shall be permitted for other than public educational facility purposes and access thereto in this non-open space area.
