§ 95.03 DEVELOPMENT BY TOWN.
   Nothing in §§ 95.01 to 95.04, inclusive, shall be construed as preventing the town, through its representatives or commissions, from constructing, reconstructing, leveling off areas, cutting down trees or in any way from developing the area for recreational activities and purposes.
