§ 93.15 Nonliability of town officials.
   (A)   The town, the town fire department and the officers, agents and employees of each shall not be held responsible for any damage which may be caused by an incinerator which has been approved, either as to construction or location, by the fire marshal.
   (B)   The town, the town fire department and the officers, agents and employees of each shall not be held responsible for any damage by any outdoor fire for which permission has been granted.
