§ 70.25 DEPOSITING SNOW ON HIGHWAYS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall deposit, or permit to be deposited, any snow on a public highway. The registered owner of any motor vehicle equipped for, or capable of, use in snow plowing shall be presumed to be the operator of such vehicle.
   (B)   "MOTOR VEHICLE" as used in this section includes all combustion-engine vehicles, whether wheeled or tracked.
   (C)   No person shall violate any provision of this section.
