§ 70.21 TOWER TO BE AUTHORIZED AND INSURED.

Any person authorized to remove a vehicle under the provision of this Chapter, shall be an authorized tower for the Hamden Police Department and shall carry adequate insurance to indemnify and hold the Town harmless against any and all claims for damages caused to such vehicle while such vehicle is being removed or stored by such authorized tower.
