(A) The Commissioners shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and secretary from their membership. The Commission may also organize itself in whatever other manner it deems appropriate. The Commission may adopt such rules and regulations as it considers necessary to effectuate the purposes of this subchapter.
(B) A majority of all members of the Commission constitute a quorum for conducting the Commission's business.
