§ 33.151 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT, TERMS AND COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS; VACANCIES.
   (A)   The Flood and Erosion Control Board shall be composed of seven resident electors of the town appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Legislative Council.
   (B)   Members of the Board first appointed shall be designated to serve for the following terms: two members for one year, three members for two years and two members for three years. Thereafter, such members shall be appointed annually to serve for three years.
   (C)   The Mayor may remove a member for cause, which shall include the failure to attend three meetings in any calendar year.
   (D)   Any vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner of the original appointment.
   (E)   Members shall serve without compensation.
