§ 33.126 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Commission shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and a Secretary from its membership. The Commission may also organize itself in whatever other manner it deems appropriate. The Commission may adopt such rules and regulations as it considers necessary to effectuate the purpose of this subchapter.
   (B)   A majority of all members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for conducting the Commission's business.
