The Commission shall advise and formulate recommendations to the Mayor, the Legislative Council, and the Technology Director in the following respects:
(A) The Commission shall advise and formulate recommendations concerning computerization, data processing, internet access, and telecommunications needs of the town.
(B) The Commission shall seek out sources of grant money available to the town and report such opportunities to the Technology Director and the Mayor.
(C) The Commission shall review any grant applications pertaining to technology matters and shall advise and make recommendations to the Technology Director and the Mayor with respect to such grant application.
