§ 33.101 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Commission shall elect annually a Chairperson and any other officers as it shall deem necessary from its membership.
   (B)   The Commission may adopt such rules and regulations to govern its operation as it considers necessary to effectuate its purposes.
   (C)   A majority of all voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for conducting the Commission's business.
