Any person aggrieved by any order of the Commission may appeal to the Housing Session of the Superior Court for the Judicial District of New Haven, within 30 days after the issuance of written notice of the order of the Commission as provided herein. As provided by the Connecticut General Statutes, the appeal shall be considered as a privileged matter with respect to assignment for trial.
