The members of the Commission shall serve for terms of three years. Initially, four members shall be appointed for one year, three members shall be appointed for two years, and four members shall be appointed for three years. The terms shall commence February 1, 2000. The Mayor may remove any member for cause, which shall include failure to attend, without reasonable excuse, three meetings during any calendar year.
