§ 32.23 REPRESENTATION.
   (A)   The town planning commission shall appoint one of its members to be its representative to the regional planning commission, said appointment subject to the concurrence of the mayor.
   (B)   The mayor, or the mayor's designee, is hereby authorized to represent the town in the deliberations of the council of governments.
