§ 32.10 CREATION.
   The town joins with the towns and cities within the South Central Connecticut Planning Region as defined by the Connecticut Development Commission, as may enact a similar ordinance, to create a Regional Council of Elected Officials of South Central Connecticut, as the council is defined by state law.
