§ 76.10 ENFORCEMENT.

Any law enforcement agency, including but not limited to: the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, the Indiana State Police, Indiana Conservation officers, Wayne County municipal police officers, and Town of Hagerstown police officers may enforce this chapter.
