§ 36.36 MEMBERS.
   The President of the Town Council is authorized and empowered to appoint, in the manner provided by I.C. 8-22-2-l et seq., the members of the Board of Aviation Commissioners. The Board of Aviation Commissioners is authorized and empowered to do any and all things necessary for the promotion of the business of the Department of Aviation.
