§ 36.35 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Department of Aviation of the town is created and established with full power and authority to act as provided in I.C. 8-22-2-l et seq. The Department of Aviation shall be under the control of a Board of four members, to be known as the Board of Aviation Commissioners. The Board shall be constituted and appointed and have those powers and duties as provided by I.C. 8-22-2-l et seq.
