(A) Each full-time employee currently receiving benefits in addition to wage compensation for hours worked, and who has completed a satisfactory 90-day orientation period and has been employed by the town for no less than one year, shall be entitled to four days per calendar year with pay for absences deemed by the employee as personal days.
(B) The personal days shall not be cumulative from year to year.
(C) Whenever possible, an employee shall schedule personal days in advance of using them.
