§ 35.06 EMPLOYEE INSURANCE.
   Life, accident, medical, hospitalization, and dental insurance shall be provided to eligible employees in amounts and with the insurance companies, as shall be determined and approved by the Town Council, as set forth in the minutes and records of the Council, with the policies to be on deposit with the Clerk-Treasurer and copies of same to be provided to employees or made available to them upon request.
