(A) The regular meetings of the Town Council shall be as established by the Town Council from time to time, with any change thereof to be voted upon by the Town Council in an open, public meeting. In any event, the Town Council must have at least one regular meeting of the Town Council each month.
(B) A member of the Town Council who is not physically present at a meeting of the governing body may participate in a meeting by any electronic means of communication subject to the requirements and limitations of I.C. 5-14-1.5-3.5 and I.C. 5-14-1.5-3.7, as permitted on April 20, 2021, and subject to further amendments thereafter.
