§ 31.39 PARTICIPATION IN HEARING ON DISCIPLINARY CHARGES.
   The Town Manager may not serve as a member of any body that hears disciplinary charges against:
   (A)   The Town Marshal; or
   (B)   A member of the Town Police Department.
