§ 90.22 DOGS THAT HABITUALLY BARK, YELP, OR HOWL.
   (A)   No owner, keeper, or harborer of a dog shall permit or allow the dog to annoy or disturb one or more of the inhabitants of two or more separate residences of this town by the frequent or habitual howling, yelping, barking, or making of any other such noises by the dog within the corporate limits.
   (B)   Any dog that violates division (A) of this section is declared to be a nuisance.
