(A) Availability. Available for all residential purposes, including electric heat, to individual customers located on the Utility’s distribution lines.
(B) Character of service. Alternating current, 60 cycles, single phase, at a voltage of approximately 115 volts two-wire, or 115-230 volts three-wire.
(C) Rate R.
(1) (a) From the November 1, 2022 billing date through the April 1, 2023 billing date, the following rates shall apply:
For the first | 60 KWH or less used in the same month | $0.229 per KWH |
For the next | 190 KWH (61 KWH to 250 KWH) used in the same month | $0.133 per KWH |
For the next | 750 KWH (251 KWH to 1,000 KWH) used in the same month | $0.102 per KWH |
For all over | 1,000 KWH used in the same month | $0.085 per KWH |
(b) Monthly minimum service charge. Notwithstanding the Rate R schedule above, the minimum charge for service rendered hereunder shall be $9.38 per month.
(2) (a) From the May 1, 2023 billing date through the October 1, 2023 billing date, the following rates shall apply:
For the first | 60 KWH or less used in the same month | $0.252 per KWH |
For the next | 190 KWH (61 KWH to 250 KWH) used in the same month | $0.146 per KWH |
For the next | 750 KWH (251 KWH to 1,000 KWH) used in the same month | $0.112 per KWH |
For all over | 1,000 KWH used in the same month | $0.094 per KWH |
(b) Monthly minimum charge. Notwithstanding the Rate R schedule above, the minimum charge for service rendered hereunder shall be $10.32 per month.
(3) (a) From the November 1, 2023 billing date through the April 1, 2024 billing date, the following rates shall apply:
For the first | 60 KWH or less used in the same month | $0.272 per KWH |
For the next | 190 KWH (61 KWH to 250 KWH) used in the same month | $0.158 per KWH |
For the next | 750 KWH (251 KWH to 1,000 KWH) used in the same month | $0.121 per KWH |
For all over | 1,000 KWH used in the same month | $0.102 per KWH |
(b) Monthly minimum charge. Notwithstanding the Rate R schedule above, the minimum charge for service rendered hereunder shall be $11.15 per month.
(4) (a) From the May 1, 2024 billing date and thereafter, the following rates shall apply:
For the first | 60 KWH or less used in the same month | $0.294 per KWH |
For the next | 190 KWH (61 KWH to 250 KWH) used in the same month | $0.171 per KWH |
For the next | 750 KWH (251 KWH to 1,000 KWH) used in the same month | $0.131 per KWH |
For all over | 1,000 KWH used in the same month | $0.109 per KWH |
(b) Monthly minimum charge. Notwithstanding the Rate R schedule above, the minimum charge for service rendered hereunder shall be $12.04 per month.
