§ 40.18 #321 TOWNSHIP FIRE TRUCK CLEARING FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a special fund to be entitled “#321 Township Fire Truck Clearing Fund.” The Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Hagerstown is hereby empowered to receive and deposit monetary payments, which are received in relation to fire service apparatus purchases in conjunction with the Hagerstown-Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Department, into said Fund with said deposits to be placed with a financial institution named by the town as a depository.
   (B)   Payments made to the #321 Township Fire Truck Clearing Fund are to be used in conjunction with the purchase of fire apparatus to be used by the Hagerstown-Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Department.
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer is also hereby empowered to disburse amounts from the “#321 Township Fire Truck Clearing Fund” to persons or agencies from whom services, equipment, or products are purchased or used, as permitted by division (B) above, upon proper presentation of a claim before the Town Council of the Town of Hagerstown and acceptance thereof, all in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Indiana State Board of Accounts.
