6-1-3: ENGINE BRAKES BANNED:
   A.   Prohibition: It shall be unlawful to use air compression brakes, commonly known as engine brakes within the city limits.
   B.   Penalty: Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of an infraction and punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 1020, 6-3-2003)
