5-1-17: PROPERTY RELATED OFFENSES:
   A.   Malicious Injury To Property: It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully and maliciously to injure, deface, mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any manner interfere with or molest or secrete or destroy any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of any person. (1996 Code § 8-1-34)
   B.   Letting Premises For Unlawful Purposes: It shall be unlawful for any person to rent, use or allow to be used any building or property owned by him, for any purpose whereby riotous or disorderly persons are gathered. (1996 Code § 8-1-21)
   C.   Storage Of Junk Restricted: It shall be unlawful for any person to store or keep any old articles or materials which may be classified as junk adjacent to or in close proximity to any schoolhouse, church, public parks, public grounds, business buildings or residences without first providing proper and tight buildings for the storage of the same. (1996 Code § 8-1-20)
   D.   Streets:
      1.   Injurious Materials On Thoroughfares: It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place or allow to remain in or upon any public thoroughfare any material or substance injurious to persons or property. (1996 Code § 8-1-19)
      2.   Obstructing Streets: It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or cause to be obstructed any of the sidewalks, streets or alleys without first having obtained permission to do so from the chief of police or street superintendent. (1996 Code § 8-1-27; amd. 2010 Code)
      3.   Water Flowing Upon Streets: It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any water to flow into or upon any public thoroughfare. (1996 Code § 8-1-42)
   E.   Injury To Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person to individually, or in association with one or more others, wilfully break, injure, tamper with or remove any part or parts of any vehicle for the purpose of injuring, defacing or destroying such vehicle, or temporarily or permanently preventing its useful operation, or for any purpose against the will or without the consent of the owner of such vehicle, or to in any other manner wilfully or maliciously interfere with or prevent the running or operation of such vehicle.    F.   Expectorating: It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate or spit upon any sidewalk or upon the floor of any public building or room used for public assemblies. (1996 Code § 8-1-14)
   G.   Trespassing: Covered under Idaho Code section 18-7008. (1996 Code § 8-1-40)
