5-1-14: BURGLAR TOOLS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession any nippers of any description known as burglar's nippers, pick lock, skeleton key, jimmy, or other burglar's instrument or tool of any description, unless it be shown that the possession is innocent or for a lawful purpose. (1996 Code § 8-1-5)
