5-1-13: SWINDLING:

It shall be unlawful for any person, by color, or aid or any trick or sleight of hand performance or by fraud or by fraudulent scheme, cards, dice or device, to win for himself or for another any money or property or a representative of either. (1996 Code § 8-1-39)
