A. Indecent Exposure: It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a state of nudity or in any indecent or lewd dress or condition in any public place, or in any such place to make any indecent exposure of his or her person or private parts thereof or the private parts of another, or to conduct himself in a lewd or lascivious manner. B. Prostitution: It shall be unlawful for any person to pursue or advertise in any manner his or her vocation as a prostitute or for any person to advertise the profession of a prostitute or solicit for a prostitute. (1996 Code § 8-1-35)
