For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
CITY CLERK-TREASURER: The duly appointed and acting clerk-treasurer of the city of Hagerman or her authorized deputy.
FIRE CHIEF: The duly appointed and acting chief of the city of Hagerman fire department or his authorized deputy.
FIREWORKS: Shall be as defined in Idaho Code section 39-2602(3) as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended.
NONAERIAL COMMON FIREWORKS: Shall be as defined in Idaho Code section 39-2602(6) as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended.
PERMIT: An authorization given by the fire chief or the city clerk-treasurer.
SPECIAL FIREWORKS: Shall be as defined in Idaho Code section 39-2602(8) as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended. (2010 Code)
