2-1-2: PURPOSE:
The purpose of the commission shall be to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the people in the incorporated area of the city, as set forth in Idaho Code section 67-6501 et seq., and the city zoning ordinance. (Per bylaws dated 8-8-2009)
