A. Comprehensive Plan: The plan of the city planning and zoning commission, and all amendments and supplements thereto, are hereby made applicable to the area defined in section 1-8-1 of this chapter.
B. Zoning And Subdivision Ordinances: The zoning and subdivision ordinances, and subsequent amendments thereto as officially adopted by the city, shall apply to the area of city impact as defined in section 1-8-1 of this chapter. (1996 Code § 4-3-1)
