11-1-3: JURISDICTION:
This title shall apply to the subdividing and developing of all land within the incorporated territory of the city of Hagerman, including the property within the areas of impact 1 as defined in ordinance 933 under the requirements of Idaho Code section 50-1306, as amended, or subsequently codified. (Ord. 981, 7-5-1995)
