A. Any person who wilfully violates any provision of this chapter or who wilfully violates any provision of the codes enumerated herein, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. B. A separate violation is deemed to have occurred with respect to each building not in compliance with this chapter. Each day such violation continues constitutes a separate offense. (1996 Code § 4-5-18)
