A. Occupant And Owner: It shall be the duty of every occupant to give the park owner or his agent access, at reasonable times, to any part of the park or its premises for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effectuate compliance with this chapter, or any lawful order issued.
B. Owners And City: It shall be the duty of the owners or occupants of manufactured home parks and mobile homes and manufactured homes contained therein, or of the person in charge thereof, to give the building inspector and the city council or their duly authorized assistants free access to such premises, upon notice to the management, at reasonable times, for the purpose of inspection.
C. City Inspection: The building inspector and city council or their duly authorized assistants are authorized and directed to inspect and determine the condition of manufactured home parks, mobile homes and manufactured homes within the city, in the performance of their duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter and other applicable ordinances.
