9-5-8: ACCESS TO PUBLIC STREET:

A manufactured home park, mobile home or manufactured home shall not be established on any site that does not have access to a public street with less than fifty feet (50') of right of way. No manufactured home space or manufactured home shall be located in such a manner that a public street must be used to maneuver the manufactured home into that space. (1996 Code § 4-5-16)
