All manufactured home parks, mobile homes and manufactured homes, buildings or premises which constitute a hazard to health, safety, or fire by reason of inadequate maintenance, insanitation, dilapidation, obsolescence or abandonment are nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal, according to state laws.
