A. Official City Limits Map: The limits and boundaries of the city is as designated on the official city limits map to be kept at city hall for public reference. (1996 Code § 1-10-1)
B. Recording Of Annexations:
1. Any ordinance annexing territory to the city shall be filed, by the city clerk-treasurer, with Gooding County and with the Idaho state tax commission within ten (10) days following the effective date of such ordinance in accordance with Idaho Code section 50-223. 2. City boundary changes will be recorded within a reasonable period on the official city limits map. (1996 Code § 1-10-4)
