7-1-4: EXCAVATIONS AND OBSTRUCTIONS:
Any person who shall make any excavation or cause any excavation to be made in any public place, or bordering on any public place, or who shall obstruct any street or alley, or cause any street or alley to be obstructed in any manner, shall comply with section 6F.78 of the "Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices". (1996 Code § 6-1-2; amd. 2010 Code)
