6-3-3: OVERPARKING:
When signs are erected or markings made giving notice of the length of time of parking at any space, no person shall park a vehicle thereon for longer than the length of time so designated by said signs. Parking shall be deemed ended only by the removal of the parked vehicle to a distance of at least one block therefrom. (1996 Code § 9-2-3)
