For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SIDEWALK SALES. Normally held in commercial areas by licensed merchants, charity groups or individuals or groups operating a business.
YARD SALES. Normally held in residential areas by one or more residents for a limited time.
