(A) Each cemetery lot, currently designed for four grave sites (16 feet by 18 feet) will be sold at a cost of $1,200 which must be paid at the time of purchase. Arrangements for two grave lots may be made if needed. A certificate of ownership will be issued on purchase of any lot.
