§ 90.27 INHUMANE TREATMENT.
   The owner of any dog so impounded may reclaim the dog upon the payment of all appropriate fees and after fulfilling any and all other requirements. An Animal Control Officer may enter the premises where any dog or cat is kept in a reportedly cruel or inhumane manner and demand to examine such dog or cat, and to take possession of such dog or cat, when in his or her opinion, it requires humane treatment.
