§ 71.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 71.031 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $60 nor more than $500, or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both.

   (C)   (1)   Any person or organization, association or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 71.045 through 71.056 shall be deemed to have committed a Class A misdemeanor and, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not more than $500 or sentenced to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 12 months or both, for each offense.
      (2)   Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the city from pursuing any other remedy available, including, without limitation, injunctive relief, when appropriate, to ensure compliance with §§ 71.045 through 71.056.
