Any person who is found to have violated this chapter shall be fined. The maximum fine per violation shall be $500, unless the violation is determined to be a continuing violation. For a continuing violation, each day on which a violation shall occur or continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $250 per day.
