§ 53.17 UNAUTHORIZED CUT ON OR CUT OFF OF GAS CONNECTION.
   No plumber, owner or other unauthorized person shall turn the gas off or on at any stop or valve of the gas company, or disconnect or remove the meter without the consent of the gas company, nor shall he or she make connection with the lines or mains of the gas company without the consent of the gas company.
