For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CUSTOMER. Any separate family, business, firm, corporation or individual using natural gas distributed by the city for domestic or business purposes.
GUTHRIE MUNICIPAL GAS SYSTEM. The subdivision of the city which shall operate, maintain and control the sale of natural gas to the customers.
