§ 50.27 DUMPING OR DEPOSITING WASTE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to throw, dump or allow any solid waste material in any manner to be deposited or allowed to accumulate upon any street, alley, sidewalk, waterway, right-of-way or elsewhere within the city.
