§ 50.26 HAULING WASTE OVER STREETS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to haul any solid waste material over the streets of the city in an uncovered vehicle or in a vehicle body from which material leaks or escapes through cracks or other openings in the floor, ends or sides of the body.
